It was October 23rd when I discovered I was pregnant. Somehow I didn't expect it, but wasn't too surpised either. I felt a lot of emotions at that time, from that moment on, I feel like I have clenched my belly. I did the test and when I saw the "t" line showing up, I knew I was called to "Motherhood".

Was the pregnancy planned, in a large way YES in a very minor way NO, that is only because 'next year' sounded like the in-thing. In my opinion even if it is a planned pregnancy, you cannot be totally ready until the fact soaks into your system. Puneet and me couldn't be happier. Both of us didn't ache for a baby, didn't pine, we were busy and leading a wonderful life and the stork drops in.

If you were to ask me if I love this child, I can't answer. But I do feel responsible for the little being who is currently 5-6 weeks into the first trimester. Puneet also feels responsible, he's being the best father-to-be.Long ago, I had read the best thing a father can do for his child is to love its mother. I think it is soo right.

So my baby is currently being formed and made in me. Will keep you posted!
